We drove 8 Corvettes up to the Oak Haven Resort close to Pidgeon Forge TN for a long Columbus Day weekend.
Folks Making the Trip
Eight couples (Rudy & Ann, Skip & Brenda, Bill & Carol, Roger & Margaret, Gary & Teena, Mark & Iris, and Uma & Les made the trip. We stayed in two incredible log cabins complete with private bedroom/bath per couple, kitchens, great rooms, game rooms, and spas.
Outings
We visited several attractions in the Pidgeon Forge area, went to a muscle car museum, did some shopping, and ate at some great places. One day we took a cruise through the Great Smokey Mountains, visited Cades Cove and watched a family of bears cross in front of us. We had a rain day that turned into a 'game' day enjoyed by everyone.
